I really enjoyed the beginning - the idea is charming, and the funny bits are really funny.  As I kept reading, it became more of a slog, and while the ending delivered the required happily-ever-after a romance guarantees, I still found it a little unsatisfying.  This was an okay book.  I cared enough to read to the end, not quite enough to look for more by this author.
