This book was a lot of fun to read, and I found myself laughing. The story starts off slow, but the pace picks up at the climax, and it was very hard to put down. The format of the book was also very creative----like a furniture catalogue. The chapter headings also change with the progression of the story, which was very funny to see. This book wasn't humorous all the time, though. Some portions of the book made me genuinely uncomfortable (which is pretty difficult as I am an avid fan of horror!), and the characters were relatable and fun! It wasn't too dark, and I was able to complete the book within a couple hours.
My only complaint is the pacing. The climax of the story felt like getting hit by a train whilst the rest of the story felt slow. The scariest parts of the book didn't last long enough to have the effect I feel they should have, and the resolution seemed a bit rushed.
