Truly such an incredible memoir. Got me out of a slump because I was just craving to read more and more.
Finished it in the middle of this week and was already teaching my family lessons I learned from it.
I don’t share a lot of traits with the author, but this text was so utterly relatable. The way she uses stories from the Quran to relate to events in her own life is incredible. It’s a type of storytelling I don’t think I’ve ever seen before.
I will 100% be reading their essays that are on their website as well.
