I think this series just keeps getting better and better! This book, just like the others captured me from the first chapter and I could not put it down until I finished! It was an emotional whirlwind and I’m not even going to pretend that I’m alright because I certainly am not. The ending ripped out my heart basically, and I swear Dorian has had the absolute worst luck which just kills me.
This book was gripping and with the introduction of Rowan (I love you) and Manon (the baddass) along with the rest of the clans, there were more points of view and more sections to the story which we got to read about. I just loved it and the fact that these characters and their stories were not superfluous unlike many characters who get added into novels for no reason, and I thought the book was just fabulous.
Im now onto Queen of Shadows and taking my time only because I know I have a while to wait for the next one which I know will be painful. But I am loving this series so much and recommend it anyone who can read :)
