This a must-have book for Star Wars fan of any level! And if you’re a feminist, that’s even better, because the book was written by a woman, and all of the interior illustrations were made by female and non-binary artists! Star Wars: Women of the Galaxy is incredible, and is also beautiful inside and out. I’m a big fan of Rey, and absolutely love the art of her on the cover. I’m also a big fan of the colours and style of the cover illustration, as well as the illustrations made by various artists inside the book!

As the synopsis says, Leia Organa, Rey, Ahsoka Tano, Jyn Erso, Rose Tico, and Maz Kanata are featured in this book, along with many many more female characters from the Star Wars universe that I’d only ever seen images of, or not even heard of before. It’s really great to have a collection like this (especially in hardcover), and it was a lot of fun to read about all of these minor and major female characters from the universe. (Just beware of spoilers if you’re reading about a characters that’s from a movie, show, or book that you haven’t seen or read yet). Again, a must-must have for Star Wars fans!
