If You Ask Me (And Of Course You Won't) by Betty White

3.0

Not as funny as I had hoped it would be, but I can't criticize Betty White any more than I could my own grandma. Very conversational in tone and at times humorous, this reads very much like a "last book" in which White thanks those people and organizations who are special to her, reminisces about her late husband and deceased pets, leaves advice for aspiring actors, and philosophizes about growing older. She almost lost me when she started talking at length about her stuffed animals, but hey, it's Betty White. Gotta love her.
