Hell in a Handbasket by Mila Young, Harper A. Brooks

5.0

I couldn't not immediately start this book after how book one ended. Yes I'm addicted to three Demons and a whatever Aria is. I'm excited to carry on this series to find out.

"But with Aria, I want more. I have her soul. Our sexual chemistry is hotter than an inferno, but I'm still unsatisfied. I want all of her,"

To say I'm obsessed would be an understatement. Watch me fall further in love with Cain and Elias in book two than I was in book one. Dorian is still awesome but I feel like Aria is holding him off for a reason. I love all of them though.

We start book two with tensions high. I won't say too much, to not reveal spoilers but I'm thankful that what happened at the end of book one wasn't dragged out. It's not resolved but it's all good, I'm still sitting on the edge of my seat, because there is now a bigger set of problems for our three demon's and Aria have to solve.

To be honest tensions are high between everyone.
Aria and Cain.
Dorian and Cain.
Elias and the little fur-ball Lynx Aria rescued. Hell hound vs Kitty is hilarious!

Our main girl's emotions are tackled in this book. I finds out something from her beginning that just breaks my heart for her. This may be a paranormal romance, completely fiction but the emotions, the turmoil, all the feels are real.

"You wanted the monster," I whisper against her mouth, unable to deny the irresistible urge to fuck her senseless. I want to draw every kind of reaction out of her. "Here I am." I can't deal with Cain. I am just lost for words. In reverse harems I always fall for this kind of character.

When we think of Demon's, you think soulless and to be honest they are but we see them dealing with very human emotions and struggle with it and I LOVE IT! It's thrilling to read that war within themselves because you really don't know what they're going to do.

AND watching my girl Aria battling her own emotions between the three demon's as well is everything. Also what I love about her is that it's not in a whiny way. She is still strong and fierce and I love her for that.

Book three - I'm coming for you!
