The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller
I love going into books with an open mind. Not being told by tons of people how it was the BEST, their favorite, etc. My expectations start to soar and then I’m usually disappointed.
This was a decent book. Maybe just not for me?
I can’t put my finger on why it fell flat for me. I normally like Greek mythology. (I love all of Rick Riordan’s books by the way) I found myself getting bored though to be completely honest. I haven’t read of a single person that didn’t like this book so I’m the exception I’m sure. You may love it. Just not my favorite.
