The beginning of this story felt a lot slower than I'm use to for a Grant book, so there was a teensy struggle to stay interested (really did not care about Kora or Olivia's gigantic crush on her).
But then things started to get more interesting and the situation just kept escalating.
I didn't expect Violet to be an android - I was thinking that Olivia might have been schizophrenic OR Violet was a ghost, but that didn't quite fit in with some of the scenes. When it was revealed that Violet was an android it was such a face palm moment... like DUH. Geez. Made so much more sense than my ghost theory.
Be interesting to see where this series goes though.
