It's Not OK to Feel Blue (and other lies): Inspirational people open up about their mental health by Scarlett Curtis

2.0

To be honest, it got to the point where I couldn't wait to get to the end of this. I don't know if I would recommend it. I love Curtis's other collection of essays "Feminists Don't Wear Pink (and other lies..)
My main issue with this, there were too many stories. So overall it was hit or miss, some stories were more compelling than others. A few definitely got me thinking and offered a new perspective, but I honestly found one or two a bit self indulgent, or perhaps lost on me. Maybe if you read the paperback you'd get on better, but I found I had to force myself to throw the audiobook on in the car, and by the back half I just was willing myself to the end. 70 stories was just too many, not all of them were necessary.
