The reviews here are so negative but this book was exactly what I expected, a light hearted, gossipy look into the fashion magazine world. Sure the main character can be a little frustrating, but you don’t have to love her to have fun looking into her world.
That being said, I’m not going to lie, the movie is better and their ending is much more powerful in my opinion - but that doesn’t mean this isn’t worth reading, it’s an easy, fun way to pass a few hours!
