Don't Turn Around, by Michelle Gagnon

3.0

The book is obviously a thriller. A girl waking up in the middle of nowhere with no memory whatsover of what happened is intriguing.

For me, the story was entertaining and upbeat. I never felt bored nor did I felt the story ever reached a dead end. There was never room to think of what was going to happen next cause it instantly did. Event after event.
I liked the omnipresent narration allowing you to know what almost every character was feeling and thinking.

The "love" story wasn't necessary. It never developed enough to become one, more so a friendship than romance in my opinion so the "I wanted to kiss him" feeling was out of place for me.

It was overall entertaining but not my personal favorite genre of book.

I give it a 7/10
