This was the second Jane Austen novel I've read and it was superb. While I preferred Pride and Prejudice slightly, both novels are beautifully written.
Austen has a wonderful ability to describe the character of a person, their motivations, their feelings. You really feel you know the person she is describing.
I had to draw myself a little map of the relationships to keep my head straight with the intricacies.
