my head is spinning so i’m unsure if this is a 4 or 5 stars so i’ll settle on 4.5⭐️. every TJR book i read is better than the previous one i absolutely adore her work. she mastered the art of building an intricate and immersive world and she does it so flawlessly. every time i start a new book and dive into a new world of hers i simply never ever ever want to leave it. evelyn hugo has always been my favorite book of hers but it might have to share the spot with malibu rising. my only regret is that i did not read it at the beach. maybe a reread next summer? 🌊🏄‍♀️
