The pirate/viking/fae cultures felt really unique! I wasn’t sure I’d be into it at first but I was pleasantly surprised.
Livia and Erik’s dialogue was fun too.
That ending was brutal and I’m beyond thankful I don’t have to wait to see what happens next.
A bit slow in some parts but not for long, and some of the more earnest dialogue was a little flowery for my tastes. That said, I was overall pretty gripped by the story the whole time and the love story was pretty swoon worthy and fairly satisfying!
