Murder at the House on the Hill by Victoria Walters

5.0

Really enjoyed the style of writing in this book. I figured out the culprit quite early on (although also had suspicions about a second character, whose strange behaviour was well written to be quite an engaging subplot) and was quite happy this wasn't a book with a gotcha moment at the end where they bait and switch the culprit.

Extremely satisfying to be right, engaged in the characters, who seem to be quite well-written, and interested in reading more books from the same series
