Skywoman: Legends of the Iroquois by Douglas M. George-Kanentiio, John Fadden, Joanne Shenandoah, David Fadden
4.0
Overall a great book, with a few minor themes and subliminal messaging that's unfortunate but to be expected with post-colonial story telling, the most obvious being the Peacemaker's visual appearance described in a way I've personally never heard before and found discomforting.
Some mild misogyny in that she/her pronouns are often the subject of those who are wrong, such as in the evergreen story etc. Peacemaker being described as having white hair and light skin coming from the east making uncomfortable implications. Read with a grain of salt.
