A very good short romance with sad undertones. This author is very creative with her stories, and this was no exception.

Upon rereading this, I had to bump it to 4.5. This is very romantic, heartbreaking, and so well written.

I wish we could have gotten an alternate ending where Gwen chose to live. I don't know how, but I think that could have been interesting.
