Widdershins Volume Three: Vanishing Act by Kate Ashwin
5.0
Yet another wonderful romp through magical 1830s Widdershins, again with Harriet Barber and Sidney Malik.
Since The Prestige is my favourite film, I had huge fun with the Victorian illusionist theme, especially as it was genuinely well-researched, as well as being much less racially objectionable than the real history. I consistently love how Kate Ashwin writes awesome characters that fit in with the historical society but are also feminist and kick-ass. Such win.
The last panel of this strip is probably my favourite. Been there, done that. http://www.widdershinscomic.com/wdshn/january-21st-2013/
