First of all - I read this book in two days - I really enjoyed it. I was definitely blindsided by the plot as the synopsis definitely skims past a huge part of the story. Yes the plot was a little ridiculous and unrealistic but I didn’t care - for me this book was all about the characters. I love reading about flawed characters and the Penningtons are all very multifaceted and yes very flawed which is why they feel so truthful and real. Dimple was a very frustrating character but she was meant to be - honestly I would happily read a whole series of books about this family because I feel like there’s so much to explore. Overall a really funny and heartwarming book about family.
