Listen, I understand why some people don’t like this book. It’s highly taboo and I think people don’t really read the TWs of this book as they are extremely intense especially in regard to a the religious setting this book is based around.
But honestly this book I found unreal, I couldn’t put it down. I loved how through the whole book there were moments where I was like “what is going on” or felt like it didn’t make sense. BUT it alllll made sense at the end, everything fell into place.
The MMC in this is dark and has an awful back story hell bent on revenge and the FMC clearly differs from her family that’s clear from the start. BUT her character progression, was hands down my favourite thing. She always was a force that was clear from the start, but the Aero turns Brionys power house self into something much more powerful.
I loved the ending, the plot, the spice and the characters throughout this whole book.
Definitely recommend for my dark romance readers!
