Not sure if someone edited it or not, but there are lots of grammatical mistakes in the book, at least in the beginning.
Coming to the book, given the fact that it was written when Bhagat Singh was 23 years old, it is fantastic and a must-read. This gives a great deal of insight into what was going on in his mind. This was written when he was already convicted and soon to be hanged (as suggested from the text). I loved the book.
