This was a GREAT finale for the Destiny trilogy.

There was/is at least one thing that is different from the novels and the latest season of Picard, but I'm okay with it. This was such a great story...that it makes sense...and was perfect for the closure of the trilogy.

I am also happy for how they handled Captain Picard. I didn't like the way David Mack was writing him, but it was on purpose. So, we're all good.

Erika Hernandez's storyline was really well done. Thank you.

Captain Ezri Dax is a really good captain, and I'm glad to see her story (which was cut short on DS9 TV series, by being the last season).

Captain Riker and Troi...was filled with a lot of tension...and it worked so well.

The relationship of Picard and Crusher was well done, too.

The Caeliar were/are a great race of creatures...and I loved how they UPPED their importance, by being themselves in this tale. It puts a lot of the history of our universe into focus. Very interesting.

The tension with the Borg was REAL. This was a powerful story, and I'm glad that this trilogy exists, and that I've read it.

Lastly, the character of President Nanietta Bacco of the Federation of Planets...is by far the best politician I've EVER seen in Star Trek. Bring more of her, and people like her...to future projects, please.
