To Seduce a Witch's Heart by Nadine Mutas

I liked it. It was a bit predictable, the villain was obvious and of course the sister’s love interest is not a secret. The magic system is cool, though fMC’s magic being based on fire doesn’t play a role at all. It’s only at the end that we even know that. It’s unclear where all the supernatural creatures come from, and what exactly are demons (or what exactly their powers are, other than weak telekinesis and fast-healing, which are regarded as secondary), since obviously they’re not the traditional, christian, embodiment-of-evil ones. Still it has just enough world building to make it interesting.
As for the romance, I really liked the banter between MCs, it was actually funny. And their relationship progresses in a way that makes sense, it’s really an enemies to lovers story.
