This was a fascinating audio book that reminded me of my love of science. The author portends that in addition to nature vs nurture, there is also perception. While I agree that perception plays an important role in our lives and specifically our happiness, I'm not sure if that's separate than nature or nurture. In any case, it was an easy to understand book that discusses complex biological processes and presents a different view point on biology and it's role in our lives that you don't learn in school courses. However, I will say the title is a bit misleading and suggests the book covers more than it actually does regarding the use of biology to unleash the power of consciousness, matter, and miracles.
