Practice Makes Perfect by Julie James

5.0

Another winner from Julie James. What I loved most about these characters was their utter stubbornness to admit how much they really like each other despite their surface differences and disputes. They go to such lengths to hide how they argue behind closed doors, and yet...

So when Payton and J.D. are forced to work on a case together and fight for a partnership at their law firm, sparks fly. And James does such a wonderful job of fleshing out her characters that you can't help but love them...flaws and all. This is a heartwarming romance that proves even the most ridiculously opposite people--with ridiculously similar characteristics--attract.
