Reaper Man, by Terry Pratchett

4.0

This is probably almost a 4.5, but had to round down. The novel is split between Death and a few other Wizards. The Death sections are some of Pratchett's most profound and even moving writing. Death as a character doesn't get much development in Mort, but here, he goes on one hell of a journey.

The Wizard stuff was mixed and a bit convoluted in the final third. Large parts of their section could have been removed.
