4.5 stars. This was great, even knowing exactly how it's going to end (it says right there in the title). Great characters although Arden is really the star - it's all told from his POV and he's a treasure.
He's becoming more mature, Caspian isn't quite so opaque, Ellery isn't as annoying. Looking forward to the final book. I'm curious how well this follows FSoG but not enough to put myself through the torture of reading those books again.
