Finished this book for the second time tonight and I stand by my first review. It’s definitely still a 4.5 star book for me.

“Of course I’m angry. I’m that I have been caged and sold and failed by the people who were supposed to protect me. I’m angry because I love you still, despite everything, and I want you to let me go.”

Lovely world, characters who need hugs, and interesting premise. Lots of sand. Arranged marriage that actually felt uncomfortable but well done.
