Now THIS is the volume I had been looking forward to.
So many beautiful scenes...
It is undeniable that the author's artistic capabilities have been progressively improving since the series' release, but here is when those efforts shine brightest. We can tell this volume meant a lot for the author: the care in the facial expressions, the angle of the panel frames, the movement and dynamism in the fighting scenes... there's a quality, a particular attention to detail.
In regards to the plot, the story in itself doesn't evolve much further. This volume, the previous one and the one after mark a pivotal point for many of the characters. It is in the "character development" (
