Boundaries: When to Say Yes, How to Say No to Take Control of Your Life by Henry Cloud, John Townsend
5.0
I heard about this book from a few friends who felt it was powerful. I feel pretty confident in my own boundaries, but wanted to read it to determine if it was something I'd recommend to others. I have and will recommend it to anyone who feels they aren't being heard in their relationships or feel they have no time for themselves.
I was a bit hesitant at first when the Author referred to the Bible so frequently, but with so many powerful lessons, I found it was worth the additional words. I also see value in leaning on Biblical lessons because so many people feel boundaries are some how immoral or unethical.
If you are looking for a book to help you navigate family, work, friend or romantic relationships read this book.
