I'm not quite sure how I feel about it just yet, I enjoyed it but it didn't grip me like I thought it would.
I didn't really connect with the characters all that much but I didn't dislike them, I just didn't really feel anything outstanding emotions and nothing left me shocked or blown away.
I found some things a bit repetitive, certain descriptions like 'red-headed boy' whether it was in dialogue or not was repeated unnecessarily.

I think I need some time to think about this to decide exactly what my thoughts are on this. Maybe I need to read the sequel before I get an idea on the entire story.
