Did not finish book. Stopped at 39%.

It starts out teasing a mystery, but then it gets bogged down in the son's redemption story, which is boggy because it's bogged down by a myriad of other random characters' redemption stories, and tbh, I just didn't care about any of those people. I wanted to know what really happened to Belinda. I assume the book eventually answers that question, but I just didn't have the patience for it.
