I love Batwoman, and when I say love her I mean I have a crush on her which is very rare for me.
Kate Kane has a very dear place in my heart, and not just because she is a part of the Bat-family but because she is the very first sapphic hero I have seen in comics. I know there are other queer characters (heroes and villains) as well but she might be the only one who has a big enough role in the comics to talk about.
I also loved the artwork in this comic book. It was very haunted-like, appropriate for Kate Kane. And everyone is talking about Kate's colours. Yes, she looks like she has been spending time at a spa with Harley Quinn, but that did not disturb me one bit. It might be the most beautiful artwork I've seen on the new 52 line yet.
