A fun standalone book.
I really liked the story and it reminded me of the lux series from her a bit. Kinda want to read those again now.
I liked the powers and although I was right about who I thought was going to turn out to be the "bad guy", I did not expect the why.
I always fly through jla her books and I had the same with this one. I have never not liked a book from her.
