Batman (2016-) #4 by Tom King

2.0

Well this was really an average story with very interruped and confusing pace , the mystery of Task force X's involvement were revealed but other than that this was absolutely rubbish with Batman doing a lot of things apparently in order to get to Amanda Waller but as per King we were never supposed to know what he did , meanwhile for some reason the new protagonists are now gone rogue which i really applaud coz let's be frank nobody like them anyways . Meanwhile the whole Tom King run Batman stories is filled with Jason bourne-esque mysteries that shows Tom King's CIA past and yet the story so far has had very little Batman Action , Batman has just been there doing Ninja stealths and impressing everyone who surround him and granted that's cool to read but it's cool only once when done to death it becomes very annoying very soon .

The Art still shows no sign of improvement and the Batman's art style especially keeps bugging me as he looks very awkward physically .It doesn't take a lot to make a good batman comics , infact it can be very easy with the plethora of storyline and rogues gallary and yet every author that takes the drivers seat for Batman has tried to improve the story-line and Tom King's predecessor was the most successful in achieving that meanwhile Tom King has so far failed in any improvement in fact he seems to be taking the issue to down bottom , right now Batman stories feel like Green Arrow or Iron Man stories and there's a reason those were less successful .King's run has been plagued with distraction from Batman to other things and a very inconsistent run of story which sometimes improve a lot and other weeks just become depressing , with the upcoming crossover Monster-men appearing from next week , here's hoping things improve

And please for the love of everything Batman can we stop destroying the Batmobiles .
