Delivered from Distraction: Getting the Most Out of Life with Attention Deficit Disorder by John J. Ratey, Edward M. Hallowell

4.0

I like to mix in some non-fiction to break up my fiction reading. This was an interesting piece with a lot of good information, it definitely helped me better understand some people I know. It was pretty accessible writing too. It holds up surprisingly well for a book written almost 20 years ago in 1994. Honestly I skipped around to the most interesting chapters, I have a hard time getting through dense technical books, but this particular book is well suited to that. I’d recommend to anyone seeking to learn more about ADHD and interacting with people who have it.
