As a fan of Katie's other books, I really enjoyed this standalone rockstar romance! Thank you to Katie for providing me with an e-ARC of this to read and review. Parker and Heath both had their struggles and I really admired their vulnerabilities. I loved how Parker grew throughout the story and really let certain parts of herself have their moment. This book was intense and heavier than I anticipated as it dealt with loss and some stalking. The grief was handled really well and I think Katie addressed it in a way where it was important to the book but didn't fully take over the plot. Heath was also dealing with some heavy stuff, but I loved his fun side and how much he cared for Parker. He also had an incredibly filthy mouth and I loved that. The ending was a bit abrupt for me and I wanted more from Parker and Heath, but I still really enjoyed this book!
