Wild West heroes and villains meets steampunk. There are some great references to the first Mistborn trilogy; it’s so interesting to look at the same universe hundreds of years after the rebellion.
I loved Wax and Wayne, but I wasn’t a huge fan of Marasi. I thought it was a little creepy that she was his super
fan and studied everything about him. And she wasn’t very interesting like Sanderson’s other female characters; she wanted to be in the action, but she was timid and scared of everything. I hope she gets some character development in the next book.
