Deer Creek Drive: A Reckoning of Memory and Murder in the Mississippi Delta by Beverly Lowry

medium-paced

2.0

I understand the author’s desire to let the reader know that she has first hand knowledge of Mississippi in the late 40’s early 50’s - but including her family’s story line added little to her narration about Ruth Dickins’ klling her mother. And - her treatment of Ruth’s story was just ok.
