Going in I already knew it was not going to be a clear continuation of the first book, as in the story didn’t focus on the biologist’s point of view.
Very excited to have some answers and questions and liked that it was its own story in a way.
I took a pause just before the big event so didn’t know if it was real. Also quite confused about one character in particular. While I knew and wanted it to happen, not completely fulfilled about the how.
Excited to read the next one and maybe further reflect later!!
