I liked this book but my rating went down because of one of the plot twists. And I cannot say anymore about it, without giving it away.
I actually really like the way Kate Morton writes. And I'd be lying if I said I did NOT have to look up any word definitions! The characters were ok but I never got too invested in anyone. So I think her prose is what really saved it for me. Otherwise, we would have been even lower.
