An Impractical Guide to Satyr Charming by Cynthia Diamond

4.0

I enjoyed this a surprising amount, given how EH I can be about fantasy reads. I'm very particular about what I like in the fantasy genre.

AIGtSC is a slow starter, but it's full of humor and has enough plot to make the wait and build worth it while these two stubbornly wage war. Admittedly, some of the big plot points were predictable early on, but that didn't make them any less enjoyable to read.

OH!

Big Props for a heroine over the age of 40 who doesn't mention a diet, carbs, or hating her body even once in the story. Ivy is delightfully plump and an unrepentant cheese lover. My kind of gal.

I will definitely check out the future books about the Bennett siblings.
