Very rarely do I give a book this rating, but I'd say it is well-earned. Horowitz manages to masterfully weave together a plot so convulated and suspenseful that I genuinely found myself on the edge of my seat, eager to hear what new plot twist would be revealed within the next few pages as I kept reading. The ending was perfectly done, and revealed a lot not only about the characters and their motivations, but their back stories and overall development over the course of the novel as well.
Moderate: Xenophobia and Murder
