Slade House by David Mitchell

4.0

I've read three of Mitchell's books now, and I do feel compelled to read more of them, knowing now that all are so interconnected. I loved (and still love) Cloud Atlas and enjoyed (but had issues with) Bone Clocks. I'd rate Slade House between them. There's a looping nature to the book that might not appeal to some, but I enjoyed the variations on the theme and thought he used it well by the end. There is an info-dump chapter very much like The Bone Clocks. I am perhaps more forgiving of such things in books than when I read The Bone Clocks though.
