An immense step up from the previous book, not that Jade City is bad, but this one is just simply better. More clan wars, more politicking, more Jade. The stakes are definitely much higher than the previous book, and with more characters and a lot more green than you could ever want. Jade City is alright, but this one is just simply amazing.
