This book is quite dense and is essentially a philosophy textbook with added story but if you take the time to carefully read it you will be introduced to lots of different ideas that have the potential to enrich your life. In addition, despite the slow pace, the mystery is still intriguing, although the ending is a little confusing and leaves room for interpretation.
Side note - this book is translated from Norwegian and the translation can be a little clunky at times but that shouldn't stop you from reading.
