The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot

emotional informative reflective medium-paced
Amazing story of Henrietta, her cells and her family. Not only is it super interesting to learn about these cells and the issue of the ethical dilemma surrounding cell research but the story of Henrietta and her family took me on an emotional rollercoaster. I'm glad Skloot was able to explain everything to the family and the public, explaining in understandable language is a skill more people should possess in certain fields like medicine
