I haven't actually cooked out of this book yet but I wanted to comment about the presentation. I have the first cookbook and I was impressed by her recipes and it was definitely good ol' southern cooking. What I like about this cookbook is that she has a lot more healthier recipes and the picture presentation is fantastic. However even though she has tons of pictures of her family this cookbook definitely lacked in pictures of the actual food which is more difficult for visual people such as myself. But there was a few recipes that I know I'll be making like the "Dirty Rice "Coca Cola cake" and the "Cheesy Jalapeño Cornbread Muffins" to start! I also love how she has recipes for every holiday!
