This book was so interesting and riveting and even funny when it explored identity development and the creative process of video game making. It lulled for me when the character Sadie lacked character development and accountability, even through the end of the book. the other characters Sam and Marx and others were really lovely normal people to learn about their lives and experience their emotions with them. This was a character driven book with little plot, just following this trio over the course of maybe 15 years. I kept getting recommended it but I don’t think it’s as good as people say.
